Preparation of Bid and Tender Documentation
Tendering Services during negotiated work, invitational biding, or open/public tenders
Bid Comparisons for Errors, Omissions or Qualifications.

Typical Construction Management Activities W.E will perform include:
W.E. will Coordinate the necessary Construction start-up meetings with Municipalities, Owner, Contractors, and Engineers. Following this, W.E. will then Conduct regular site meetings (as-needed) to review progress, schedule, concerns or extra work items that may arise. W.E. aim prepare and distribute meeting minutes to all parties with 24 hours and ensure open and timely communication between contractor and others.
Coordination of Materials Testing Needs with Contractor to ensure minimal delays.
Regulatory Approvals for Construction (where required)
Prepare monthly Progress Payment Certificates (PPCs)
Coordinate with Power, Gas, and Communications (Shaw and Telus).
Updating Schedule based on Actual construction Progress and Timelines Discussed from Site Meetings


W.E. will Perform Regular for Full Time Site Inspections (as needed) during Construction to ensure Contractors are adhering to the approved construction drawings and municipal specifications, including material selections, construction methodology, and regulatory compliance with OH&S and Alberta Environment and Parks.
W.E. will provide Coordination of Construction Survey Layout
Constructions Budgets are Updated Monthly to identify potential cost overruns, or savings
CCC / FAC Inspections are coordinates along with requires testing, reporting, and submissions need for Municipal Approvals and release of any held Surcurities
Tracking Damages (3rd party, Contractor, builder, warranty)
Quantity Surveying for Lender Approvals
W.E. can assist with your testing needs as well: Infiltration and Ex-filtration of Sewer Systems.
W.E. determine Allowable Water Leakage Calculations, W.E. will witnesses the 2-Hour Pressure Testing, Super-Chlorination Process for the 24 hour soak, and monitor and approve flushing efforts.
W.E. will also work with contractors to coordinate the Collection of Water Samples for bacteria testing, stamping, submissions. These are needed before commission new water lines prior to operation.
